Advisor access
Three people know pieces of your program. None of them can see it.
Your IT provider configured the firewall and the backups. Your attorney knows what notice obligations you would face. Your accountant signs the attestation. Today that knowledge moves by email and lives in three inboxes. ProtPTX puts it in one file, with each contribution dated and attributed.
Who does what
Your IT provider
Confirms the technical controls: encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor coverage, patching, backup, endpoint protection, and the access list. They answer once, in the file, and the answer becomes evidence with a date on it.
Sees: systems, controls, devices, vendors.
Your attorney
Reviews the notification language, the retention and destruction schedule, the vendor contract clause, and your client disclosure position. They comment on the clause itself rather than on a copy you pasted into an email.
Sees: policies, clauses, incident procedures.
Your accountant or firm principal
Sees that the attestation they are about to sign is backed by a current program and a complete year of entries, without having to ask anyone for a status update.
Sees: program status, record completeness, open items.
How it works
Scoped, revocable, and free
Advisor seats do not count against your plan
ProtPTX is priced per firm. Inviting your IT provider or your attorney does not change your bill, so there is no reason to leave them out.
Access is scoped to a section
An advisor sees the part they were invited to and nothing else. Client data is never stored in the program file to begin with, only descriptions of where it lives.
Every contribution is attributed and dated
Who confirmed what, and when. That is what turns a conversation into an evidence record.
Revoke in one click
Change providers and the old one loses access immediately, which is itself a control the regulations ask about.
For firms that serve other firms
If you are the advisor
Managed service providers, fractional security consultants, and law firms advising small practices can run multiple client programs from one place, with a shared clause library and a consistent standard of evidence across the book.
- One view of every client's status, open items, and upcoming obligations
- Your own clause language layered on top of the cited regulatory base
- Bulk cadence runs, so a month's reviews are handled together
- Your branding on the documents your clients receive
