What we shipped, with dates
We publish no customer count, no usage number and no logos, because we cannot verify them yet. This is what we can verify: a dated record of what actually changed on the service.

Published seven short explainer videos with closed captions, covering WISP fundamentals, the Massachusetts standards, AI use policy, vendor diligence, incident response, PTIN renewal and what a well-executed plan looks like.
· Pricing
Changed the referral discount so it applies at every renewal for as long as the referred firm stays subscribed, rather than once at the next renewal.
· Service
Published a business phone number and email address on every page, so there is a way to reach a person without using a form.
· Admin
Added per-client fee waivers, so a firm can trial the full service without being charged.
Dates are the day the change reached the live site. Entries are not removed once published.
Why this page exists
Most compliance vendors prove they are active with customer counts and logos. We do not have those yet, and our own standard says we do not publish anything we cannot verify. A dated record of shipped work is the one piece of evidence we can put in front of you today without stretching the truth.
