After purchase
The intake that makes your plan yours.
Ten short steps, most of them numbers and dropdowns. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back, and you can hand it to whoever knows the answers.
Do not enter client data. No taxpayer names, Social Security numbers, account numbers or return information. We describe your systems, we do not hold what is in them.
Your answers are saved in this browser as you type, so a refresh will not lose them. Nothing is sent until you press Submit.
What happens next
We read it properly
A person reads every answer. If something does not add up, we ask rather than guess.
We document your real environment
Your answers become the inventory, the risk assessment, the access-control policies and the vendor register.
Gaps become recommendations
Where an expected element is missing, the plan says so and sets out what would close it, usually with tools you already pay for.
You receive the plan
Ready for signature, with the implementation clause, effective date and annual review schedule. The monthly service starts from that date.
What we do not ask for
No taxpayer data
No returns, source documents, Social Security numbers or client account numbers. The form has nowhere to put them.
No credentials
No passwords or logins to your systems. The plan describes your controls; it does not need access to them.
No surprises
If an answer changes what the plan needs, we raise it during the build rather than after delivery.
